Ryan Webber co-founded Bright Idea Pictures (BIP) in July of 2010, with friend, and business partner Brett Christiansen.
Ryan merged his production company, Novel Cinema Pictures, which dissolved in early 2010 with Brett's company Redemption Studios to form BIP. Novel Cinema focused on the mantra, A Dream Built Every Frame, utilizing new technology, visual effects, and story telling to make films at no cost. Brett's company focused more on unique storytelling with high moral values (christian themed). The tag line, A Dream Built Every Frame, was adapted to work for BIP.
Along with the merger, many of the shows and films Novel Cinema Pictures owned were transitioned and continue to opearte, such as the Star Trek: Encarta films, Finding Home, and County Sheriff: The Legend of Rick & Jim.
Ryan earned an associates and bachelor degree in film, video and broadcasting from Full Sail University in 2004.
